Terms & Conditions


Our availability is only confirmed upon us receiving your booking fee. All group bookings are subject to a $200 booking fee and $50 for individual bookings. This booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Booking fees cover administration cost and the cost of holding your requested date.

All booking fees are deducted from your invoice.

Please ensure you put your full name and invoice number as the transfer description when putting it through.


Final numbers need to be confirmed one month prior to your booking. If services are deducted by the client after this time period your original invoice amount is still owed.

Adjustments are welcome to be made with more than one months notice.

If you cancel your booking with more than one months notice you will be refunded minus the non-refundable booking fee.

If you cancel your booking with one month or less notice of your booking date no refund is given.

Change of dates can be requested however if Bella Rae Cosmetic & Artistry is not available at your new date request our cancellations & amendment policy remains.

Bella Rae Cosmetics & Artistry are happy to transfer bookings made to a new date if it is available and at our desecration.

Fees & surcharges may be added to your new date and time according to our terms and conditions advised on this page.

Bookings moved to a new date will be updated to the current day prices visible on our website.

A minimum of 4 services is required for all Bridal bookings. If you amend your booking and reduce your numbers, a minimum cost of 4 services will be charged excluding any fees or surcharges.


Your booking fee is due on quote acceptance, the remainder of your invoice is due 4 weeks prior for group bookings and 1 week prior for individual bookings or otherwise noted on your invoice.

We accept payments via bank transfer or credit card. Payments via credit card will incur a surcharge of 2.6%.

We do not accept cash- this is firstly because we like our whole focus to be on providing excellent styling and service during your booking. Secondly our contractors are paid by the company not the client.

All administration is conducted behind the scenes to allow for a smooth and efficient experience on your special day.​

Preferred payment is by direct deposit Acc Name Bella Rae Cosmetics and Artistry BSB – 084 899 ACC – 44 751 7305 Please always use your “full name and invoice number” as the reference in all transfers.

Please email transfer receipts to hello@bellarae.com.au and include your “full name” in the transfer description.


Bella Rae Hair clients are required to arrive at their booking with clean dry hair. Hair should be shampooed twice, condition ends only and Blowdry straight. This should be done the night before or morning of their booking. If hair is oily please ad one teaspoon of bicardonate-soda to your shampoo to remove excess oil and built up products.​

Bella Rae Makeup clients are required to arrive at their booking with no makeup on. Skin should be cleansed, exfoliated and moisturised the night before or morning of their booking. ​

If the client has skin sensitivities or allergies it is the clients responsibility to advise such details to their Bella Rae stylist.

Bella Rae Cosmetics & Artistry takes no responsibility for skin or scalp reactions.


All location work is subject to a travel fee- travel fees will be advised upon receiving the exact address where our stylist are needed.


Please provide parking for our stylist, in the event that any hotel parking fees are incurred as a result of the location of the appointment, these will be passed on to the client.​


Early morning call out fee of $50 per stylist applies for starting times earlier than 7.30 am QLD time.​


Time management is of the essence therefore adherence to booking times is critical in ensuring that Bella Rae Cosmetics & Artistry delivers the service you expect and will be strictly adhered to.

Should unforeseen circumstances arise, the bride/client is to advise Bella Rae Cosmetics & Artistry as soon as practical.

Bella Rae Cosmetics & Artistry is not responsible if desired completion time is not met due to client/group/wedding party delays.

Bella Rae Cosmetics & Artistry will notify the client of their arrival time prior to the booking. If you have a particular schedule, please advise this at the time of booking or as soon as possible so we can take this into account when allocating our bookings

Bella Rae Cosmetics & Artistry Stylist timing varies depending on the individual Stylist, the service required and technical individual requirements of the client. Makeup and Hair appointments are roughly 60 min and 75 min for Brides.

Bella Rae Cosmetics & Artistry may arrive earlier or later than the time provided on your booking email for mobile bookings due to traffic or adjustments made to our stylist timeline. Our stylist will advise you of any time changes prior to your booking.​


Photos taken by Bella Rae Cosmetics & Artisty Pty Ltd will be used in our social media and website unless indicated otherwise by the client.

Bella Rae Cosmetics & Artistry may requested professional HD images of our services from clients photographers unless indicated otherwise by the client.


Bella Rae Cosmetics & Artistry stylists uphold high industry standards hygiene practices.

To ensure our kits including our products and tools remain clean and hygienic we ask that no client, clients children or clients animals touch our stylists products or tools.

We ask that children are closely monitored during our services and do not go near our hot tools.

Bella Rae Cosmetics & Artistry Stylist are required by law to wear shoes during all services for OH&S (occupational health and safety standards).​


If your wedding or event has been cancelled because of a government restriction/lockdown due to Covid we offer the following:

  1. You may contact us and request to postpone your booking to a new date within 12 months from your original booking. If we are available at your requested date we will gladly pass over your credits to this new date.
  2. We offer one transfer per booking, additional transfers will be treated as new bookings and will require a new booking fee.
  3. If we are not available at your new date we apologise however your booking fee is not refundable as it covers our administration cost of your original booking and allowed us to keep that date and time specifically for your booking therefore turning away other business.
  4. If you cancel or reduce your booking service numbers due to the effects of Covid but not under government restriction/lockdown our original refund policy and terms stand.
